We started Cortiqa in 2026. The product is actively being developed. We do not have funding and we do not have revenue yet. What we do have is a clear vision, a working prototype, and the technical foundation to build on.
We need people who are willing to bet on themselves and on this team. Not because we asked them to work for free, but because they understand what early-stage ownership actually means.
Every founding member receives a meaningful equity stake, a revenue share agreement, and a written commitment that they will be the first to receive compensation when the company can afford it. No verbal promises. Everything is documented.
What you get

Meaningful ownership in the company. Standard 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff. This is not a token percentage — founding members receive significant stakes.

When the product launches and starts generating revenue, founding members earn a share. Before investors, before new hires — you are first.

Equity, roles, expectations, and compensation commitments — everything is documented and signed. Full legal clarity for both sides.
