Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for ethical, legal, and responsible use of all Cortiqa products, services, and AI systems.
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all products, services, platforms, tools, and AI systems provided by Cortiqa. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into Cortiqa's Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.
2. General Principles
All use of Cortiqa services must be guided by the following core principles:
Legality
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ethics
Use AI responsibly, avoiding outputs that are misleading, manipulative, or harmful.
Respect
Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other users and third parties at all times.
Safety
Do not use our services in any way that could cause harm to individuals, groups, or systems.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Cortiqa services. This list is not exhaustive — Cortiqa reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any use violates this policy.

You may not use Cortiqa services to facilitate, promote, or engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:

You may not use our services to generate, distribute, or store content that:
- Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group.
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or bullies any person.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Spreads misinformation or disinformation designed to deceive.
3.3 Child Safety
Zero Tolerance
Cortiqa maintains absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Immediate Termination
Account permanently banned without prior notice.
Law Enforcement Reporting
All evidence reported to appropriate authorities.
Evidence Preservation
All relevant data preserved for investigation.
Full Cooperation
Complete cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
3.4 System Abuse
You may not attempt to compromise the integrity, availability, or security of Cortiqa's systems, including:
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our services.
- Circumventing rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization.
4. Enforcement
Cortiqa employs a graduated enforcement model. The severity of the response is proportional to the nature and impact of the violation.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this policy, please report it immediately through one of the following channels.

6. Changes to This Policy
Cortiqa reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Your continued use of Cortiqa services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
By using Cortiqa's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of all Cortiqa services immediately.
