• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restrictions.
• Using automated bots or scripts to access services without permission.
• Reselling or redistributing Cortiqa's services without authorization.

• Generating content that promotes terrorism, child exploitation, or criminal activity.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Cortiqa's Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, software code, AI models, algorithms, designs, and technology are the exclusive property of Cortiqa. No right, title, or interest in any Cortiqa intellectual property is transferred to you through your use of our services.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you input into Cortiqa's services. By using our services, you grant Cortiqa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7.3 AI-Generated Output

Cortiqa does not claim ownership over AI outputs generated from your inputs. However, we do not guarantee that outputs are unique, original, or free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with applicable laws.
