By purchasing any Cortiqa subscription or product, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know about the cancellation process:

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Access until end of billing period

After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds for unused time

Unless you are within the refund eligibility window (see below), cancellations do not result in a refund for the remainder of the billing period.

Automatic transition to Free tier

After your paid subscription ends, your account will automatically transition to the Free tier with limited features.

No cancellation fees

Cortiqa does not charge any fees for cancelling your subscription.

4. Refund Policy

Cortiqa offers refunds under specific circumstances. The following table outlines our refund eligibility windows:

  • Request made after the refund window
  • Change of mind after refund period
  • Account suspended or terminated for policy violations
  • Promotional credits or free trial conversions

5. How to Request a Refund

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom contracts are subject to the refund and cancellation terms specified in their individual agreements. If you are an Enterprise customer, please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for specific terms.

In the absence of specific terms in your contract, this policy will apply.
