Community Guidelines

Standards for respectful, safe, and productive interactions across all Cortiqa community spaces.

1. Our Standards

The Cortiqa community is built on mutual respect and shared curiosity. These guidelines define the expectations we hold for every participant — whether you are an AI researcher, developer, enterprise user, or individual contributor.

By participating in any Cortiqa community space — including forums, discussions, support channels, and collaborative projects — you agree to abide by these guidelines.

2. Expected Behavior

All community members are expected to uphold the following standards in every interaction:

Be Respectful

Treat all members with dignity. No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory language of any kind.

No Spam

Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content. Keep discussions focused and valuable to the community.

Protect Privacy

Never share another person's private information (doxing), and do not post content that could endanger others.

Contribute Meaningfully

Focus on helpful, constructive, and well-considered contributions that add value to the conversation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not tolerated in any Cortiqa community space:

Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation directed at any individual or group.
Hate speech or content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Sharing explicit, violent, or otherwise disturbing content without appropriate context or warning.
Impersonating other users, Cortiqa staff, or any other individual or organization.
Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or disrupt community platforms or tools.
Soliciting personal information from other community members.
Posting misleading or deliberately false information.

4. Content Standards

All content shared within Cortiqa community spaces should meet the following criteria:

Relevance

Content should be on-topic and relevant to the discussion or channel where it is posted.

Accuracy

Share information you believe to be accurate. Clearly label opinions, speculation, or unverified claims.

Originality

Respect intellectual property rights. Properly attribute content created by others.

Clarity

Communicate clearly and professionally. Avoid excessive jargon when simpler language will suffice.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines will result in proportionate action to preserve community integrity. Cortiqa reserves the right to take any of the following measures:

Step 1Content Removal

Violating content is removed immediately and the member is notified.

Step 2Formal Warning

A written warning is issued with a clear explanation of the violation.

Step 3Temporary Suspension

Access to community features is suspended for 7 to 30 days.

Step 4Permanent Ban

Repeat or severe violations result in permanent removal from all community spaces.

Note

Cortiqa may bypass lower enforcement levels and proceed directly to suspension or permanent ban in cases involving severe violations, including but not limited to threats of violence, CSAM, or illegal activity.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it promptly. All reports are reviewed confidentially.

Response Time

Within 24 hours

By participating in any Cortiqa community space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Community Guidelines. Cortiqa reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Continued participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
