1. Introduction

This Anti-Spam Policy describes Cortiqa's position on unsolicited communications and outlines the standards we uphold internally, as well as the obligations we place on all users of our platform. At Cortiqa, we believe that meaningful communication requires mutual consent.

Cortiqa maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

2. Definition of Spam

For the purposes of this policy, "spam" is defined as any unsolicited, unwanted, or irrelevant communication sent in bulk — typically for commercial, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes — without prior verifiable consent from the recipient.

Bulk Messages

Unsolicited promotional emails, texts, or direct messages sent at scale.

Automated Abuse

AI-generated fake reviews, ratings, comments, or social media interactions.

Phishing Attempts

Deceptive messages designed to extract personal information or credentials.

Contact Harvesting

Collecting contact information through scraping, purchasing, or unauthorized means.

3. Our Commitments

Cortiqa adheres to the following operational standards to ensure all communications originating from our platform meet the highest ethical benchmarks.

All users of the Cortiqa platform are bound by the following rules regarding electronic communications. Violations will result in enforcement actions.

Permission Only

Communications may only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in through a verifiable consent mechanism.

Rule 4

No Harvesting

Scraping, purchasing, or otherwise acquiring email lists from third-party sources is forbidden.

Important Notice

"The AI generated it" is not a valid defense for spamming. Users assume full legal responsibility for all outputs generated through the Cortiqa platform.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in the following actions, applied at Cortiqa's sole discretion:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your Cortiqa account.
  • Reporting the violation to relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Pursuit of legal remedies, including claims for damages.
  • Permanent blacklisting from all Cortiqa services.

7. Reporting Spam

If you receive unsolicited communications from a Cortiqa user or believe someone is using our platform to send spam, please report it immediately.

Within 48 hours

By using Cortiqa's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. Cortiqa reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
